ACCOMMODATION
The Manor House becomes a group's 'Home' for the duration of their stay, Groups of up to 50 can be accommodated within The Manor House, depending upon the needs and type of group.
Our Grade II Listed Georgian Manor House dates back to the early eighteenth century and is situated in the village of St Issey close to the Camel estuary, between the traditional Cornish fishing village of Padstow and the market town of Wadebridge. The Manor House is central to and within easy access of the major tourist attractions that Cornwall has to offer.
The Accommodation:
The Large traditional farmhouse kitchen with AGA and breakfast room is popular as a meeting place and an area for informal meals.
The formal dining room provides comfortable seating for 30 people, which doubles up as a training room or Board Room, with IT facilities, flip charts etc.
A fabulous Lounge with wide screen television, DVD and Cinema Surround Sound provides an area for relaxation and team meetings and a real open fire can provide a warming experience on those long winter evenings.
Five homely dormitory style bedrooms mostly with pine bunk beds and four delightful twin bedded rooms, which are all bright and airy. Nicely appointed and updated shower rooms and bathrooms are dotted around the house.
The gardens provide an ideal area for games and activities, or maybe a relaxing afternoon recovering from some of the more strenuous events giving you the chance to soak up the peace and quiet of village life.
Add also the fabulous SPA POOL which has seven seats, a variety of massage options, aromatherapy jets and mood lighting situated on the decking in the secluded Manor House garden and you can totally relax! It is surrounded by low level lighting so that it can be enjoyed after dark ... staring up at the stars... perhaps with a glass of Bubbly! |
