Guests can be accommodated in our comfortable and homely Manor House setting for a self-catering break or contact us if you would like a fully catered holiday for your family or friends.
Our spacious Grade II listed Georgian Manor House, just 3 miles from Padstow, on the North Cornwall coast, is the ideal venue for guests of all ages looking to experience the many attractions of Cornwall.
The house boasts a traditional farmhouse kitchen with AGA, electric hob and ovens with seating in the open plan dining area. There is also a formal dining room which can seat 25+. The luxurious lounge with large leather sofas, forms a very comfortable area for guests to relax together, there is a wide screen TV; DVD, Sky and cinema surround sound.
The house continues over two floors above ground floor level. Upstairs the house features large family rooms and smaller pretty twin bedded rooms providing comfortable accommodation. Throughout the house, there are a number of shower rooms, en suites and a large bathroom.
In the secluded garden there is a large decking area featuring a fabulous luxury 7 seat Spa Pool Jacuzzi, which has various massage options, light show and fragrances aromatherapy air jets. There are swing seats and other garden furniture along with a massive Gas BBQ for guest use.
During high season, Changeover day is usually Saturday and the minimum self-catering stay is usually 7 nights, however outside of this there is a 2 night minimum stay. The Manor House is available for Self-Catering Stays throughout the year; please call for availability or Contact Us via the website.
In addition to the self-catering option, we also offer a range of catered options for Activity Breaks and Family Holidays ranging from Retreat Weekends, where guests can indulge in aromatherapy massages, activities and good food, to Hen Weekends that can include a combination of activity and pampering, to Family Activity Holidays including full board accommodation and a number of Adventurous Outdoor Activities! Everything is bespoke and tailored to your individual requirements.

Self-Catering Accomodation Details
Large farmhouse kitchen with Traditional AGA, which has 2 ovens, 5 plate Electric Hob, with small eye level oven / grill and large oven below. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware, pots and pans!
Lovely formal dining room which seats 25+ people. Informal open plan dining also available in the Farmhouse Kitchen.
Luxurious lounge with DVD, Sky, wide screen TV, and cinema surround sound. 3 large leather sofas & chairs offer comfy seating for large numbers of guests.
TV and Music Facilities
TV, cinema surround sound with CD, DVD player & free Sky channels. Further sound system with iPod connection in the dining room and stereo in Kitchen. There are various CD player and radios in some of the bedrooms.
Central heating is available with additional electric oil filled radiators in the bedrooms. Open Fires are not allowed in the House
Mix of twins (3), Quads (1), Triples (1) and multi bedded family rooms (3), some with solid pine bunk beds or single beds. Ask for a bedroom list to prepare for your trip.
Bed linen can be provided, by prior arrangement, at additional cost. Towels are not included.

To the front of the house and in the church car park within the village. No Parking on the drive due to emergency access
Fully non-smoking within the buildings and immediate vicinity, although there is a shelter in the rear garden for smokers to use as required.

The Activities & Attractions
The local activities include stand up paddle boarding, surfing, rock climbing, cycling, sea fishing, pony trekking, sailing coastal walks, coasteering and the many attractions include wildlife sanctuaries, the Eden Project, Minack Theatre and Adventure Parks (Camel Creek, Flambards etc) with beautiful unspoilt countryside to explore.
If you would like to 'try' some new adventurous activity please let us know as The Manor House is an AALA Licenced, British Canoeing approved outdoor centre offering high quality activities to groups of all sizes. We can arrange your choice of activity with our highly qualified instructors. There will be additional charges for these activities, which will be quoted on request and confirmed on booking. If you wish to rent the whole house as a family/group, a discounted group rate can be provided, please ask for details.
We ask for a 50% Rent Deposit to be paid on booking, with the balance and the reservation/security deposit payable 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is £750, which is refundable after your stay once the house has been checked and all is well
If you wish to book the Manor House or would like more information, please contact us and we will email you some further details, along with the self-catering booking form and Rental Agreement for your information. Then, to confirm the booking you can email the completed booking form. The deposit can be made by debit card, cheque or bank transfer.
